Christmas Message from Alpine Park Cottages
18th December, 2018 by Alpine Park Cottages
We started 2018 like everybody else coping with the unprecedented weather conditions brought by the Beast from the East not once but twice!
Alpine Park looked stunning in the snow, but clearing all the snow around the park brought its own challenges! Thankfully; once all the snow had melted we experienced one of the hottest summers for many years.
This year; it was nice to welcome many familiar faces back to Alpine Park, as well as many new faces with guests travelling from as far as Brazil, New Zealand and Canada to stay with us.
In May; we were delighted to be entered into the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame for receiving 5 Certificates of Excellence in a row. Of course; this is only possible due to you, our lovely guests, who write such wonderful reviews. We really do appreciate them. So if you have stayed at Alpine Park this season; it’s still not too late to write a review. It would be amazing to receive a 6th certificate in 2019! It’s easy to do just follow the review link on our website.
Many of you have ‘liked’ our Facebook page – if you haven’t already done so, please do! Facebook is regularly updated with the latest availability, photos and what’s happening in the area during your stay. You can now also follow us on Google +, Twitter, Pinterest, post images to our Instagram page or read our blog to keep you up to date.
As in previous years; we always like to do maintenance work over the winter period, to maintain our high standards and this year is no exception. Work started in November replacing the all bathrooms in the Comfort Plus cottages and we shall also be replacing the lounge and hallway carpets in many of the cottages. In the New Year keep your eyes out for our new website. If you have any wonderful photos of the area or the park and you don’t mind us using them on the site, please email them to us.
We would like to say a big thank you for holidaying with us and look forward to hopefully welcoming you back to Alpine Park in the near future.
With warmest wishes for the festive season.
