How to book

Online Booking - this is the preferred option and it's quick and easy too.

Telephone Booking -  if you choose to book over the phone, you will still be required to make the payment via the online booking system with debit or credit or a direct payment via bacs.

A 30% non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.  Should the start of your holiday fall within 8 weeks of the arrival date, then full payment woulld be required. For full T&Cs click here.  

 

Booking Protect

We are pleased to be able to offer refund protection through our partnership with Booking Protect. This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble and other unexpected events.

Full details can be found in the terms and conditions. The option to buy refund protection will be automatically offered at the time of booking Please note, the cost is automatically calculated based on the total amount of your order.

Lower occupancy discount

We offer low occupancy discounts on weekly bookings in all 6 person cottages; ideal for couples or smaller families who want a little more room.

  • 15% off the weekly price if only occupied by 2 persons*
  • 10% off the weekly price if only occupied by 3 persons*

Please note:

  • All discounts excludes weeks 21st December -  4th January 2025
    Discounts are automatically calculated when you go through the booking procedures

Our small party discounts are perfect for those who wish to have a bit more space to relax but do not want to have the additional cost of booking a larger cottage.  Or you may wish to bring grandparents on holiday and let them have their own space to chill out at the end of a busy day exploring Devon.

Extra Info

  • All Cottages are single storey with easy access and parking for one car immediately outside
  • Each Cottage has central heating throughout
  • Duvets and bed linen provided; with beds made up for arrival
  • Prices are per cottage and includes gas, electric and VAT 
  • Complimentary Wifi is available in all cottages 
  • Onsite laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

  • 3 nights stay is 70% of weekly price
  • 4 nights stay is 85% of weekly price

Christmas minimum of 4 nights stay to include Christmas & Boxing Day.  New Year minimum of 3 nights stay to include New Year’s Eve.

Pets

We accept two small dogs eg 2 no larger than a westie or one medium/ larger dog (£30) per cottage per stay. By prior arrangement only. Dogs are not permitted into the Premier (6 person) Cottage. Please note your dogs are not to be left inside the cottage unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park. Please see our dog friendly page for more information on places to visit and dog friendly places to eat.

Cots - £10 per stay. Linen not provided. Comfort (4 person) Cottages are not suitable for a cots/ travel cots.

Large Group Holidays

Alpine Park Cottages is a complex of 11 self catering 'lodge Style' holiday cottages ideal for groups or family and friends get togethers.  The Cottage complex in Devon can accommodate up to 56 people when booking all 11 holiday cottages. The holiday cottages are located in a semi-circle, so you can be next door to each other.  Alpine Park Cottages is ideal for multi-generational holidays.
