"Lovely cottages and great location"

The cottages are well equipped with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday. The beds are really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep for a while, the towels are also excellent in quality.

The location is ideal for getting around especially to Exeter and Sidmouth which we did.

We would definitely recommend.

"Immaculate Cottages"

star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate

We have stayed in several holiday cottages over the years as a family but the Alpine Park Cottages surpass every other! They are kept immaculately clean and everything is modern and stylish. The beds are comfy, linen super clean, fluffy white towels and the kitchen facilities are excellent. Sally & Curtis are possibly the nicest people ever, keen to help and real professionals at what they do. There is an on-site laundry facility should you need it and for the kids a lovely wooden climbing frame/ slide/ swings and crazy golf just a short walk on the grounds with an amazing view of Devon. Also you can park outside your cottage, plus the way the site is set up you have lots of privacy whilst in your cottage as you look out over a central green lawned area from your lounge area. The bedrooms are located at the rear of the property so again they are nice and quiet, especially for children. A true 5 star get away. Really lovely & relaxing

"What a find !!!"

Found this place at the last minute for our September hols - absolutely perfect !! Quiet spot -lovely setting with childs play area in the middle so you can let them out without worrying - crazy golf and football goals on site as well. Lodges are spic and span with everything yiu could possibly need - no need to pack the waging up liquid! There are miles and miles of dog walks on the various commons around the park and the local pubs/ farm shop serve good food. If you're into geocaching you'll be spoilt for choice. The whole family are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. This is a fabulous place and we will be returning. Many thanks to Sally ,Helen and Curtis for a lovely week xx Ps. This was written whilst sat on the patio of our lodge in full sun Friday eve with a well earned bottle of cider

"Back again wonder why we left?"

star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate

My wife, our dog and I stayed in Cottage number 8 for a week. The second time this year. Everything was perfect and for techno addicts like us the wifi was brilliant. Alpine Park is only ten minutes from Junction 30 of the M5 so very convenient. What makes the difference from other nearby parks we have holidayed in is that Alpine is small and under the direct management of the owners. The grounds of the site really are a park with beautifully manicured lawns and well watered hanging baskets thanks to Curtis the owner. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of space in the kitchen to put things away. Decent pub across the road and a bus stop outside. Excellent and quick delivery from the local Chinese takeaway. We are looking forward to returning.

"Another lovely holiday"

star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate star_rate

Having stayed at Alpine Park cottages for the first time in 2017 we booked again for this year. Sally meet us with a warm and friendly greeting after a long journey down the M5 and what a nice touch to find tea bags, milk and biscuits waiting for you in your cottage. Although the site is next to the A3052 to Lyme Regis and Exeter, it's not so noisy that you feel you're holidaying on a motorway. The Cottages are spacious and towels, tea towels and washing up items are provided for you. Beds are also made up for your arrival which saves a lot of extra work. Curtis can be seen each morning doing various jobs around the site-deadheading the beautiful hanging baskets, mowing the lawns or just emptying the bins-but he always has time to say hello. There''s a play area for the children with a mini crazy golf course and picnic benches for the adults to enjoy a sunset drink. All in all this is a great place to stay.

Stayed here last year. Curtis, Sally and Helen are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Quiet site even though just off the main road. All very clean and kept to a high standard. Dogs welcome and children. Highly recommended.
