Our self-catering holiday cottages lie just seven miles from both the coast and the city of Exeter, making you perfectly placed to explore the whole of the area.

Exeter is fantastic for shopping and eating out, with its magnificent cathedral, museum and cinemas all well worth a visit. Sidmouth beach boasts both sand and pebbles, with rock pools for the kids and a pretty regency town with cobbled streets and historic buildings. Sidmouth Folk Festival comes to town early August, bringing entertainment for all ages. If you prefer a sandy beach, Exmouth is also very nearby. The golden beach is two miles long and great for swimming and water sports.
