At Alpine Park all of our cottages are single storey, making them ideal for guests with limited mobility as they are easily accessible with parking directly outside. Over the years we have had many guests who are wheelchair users stay with us with their families.

None of the cottages have wet rooms, however the Premier | 4 person cottages do have large walk in showers with low profile shower trays; we do also provide a shower seats in these cottages, making them ideal with guests with limited mobility,
Alpine Park Cottages is located close to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and Honiton Hospital where they both offer Kidney Dialysis for patients coming on holiday to the area. Obviously this has to be arranged by yourself directly with your hospital prior to booking your holiday with us.

New for Summer 2024! Sidmouth and Budleigh beaches have both installed accessible beach matting, making the shores more welcoming for all visitors. This new feature ensures that those with wheelchairs, prams, and other mobility aids can now access the beach more easily. While the mats don’t extend all the way to the water due to the gradient of the beaches, they provide a stable and accessible path across the pebbles
